UAPB Aquaculture/Fisheries Center

The Aquaculture/Fisheries Center of Excellence at UAPB has sole responsibility for teaching, research, and extension/outreach support for aquaculture in Arkansas, the second largest aquaculture producing state in the United State. The Aquaculture/Fisheries Center at UAPB consists of a nationally and internationally renowned staff of experts in the field of aquaculture, fisheries, and the environmental sciences. The UAPB Aquaculture/Fisheries Center includes one of the largest warm water aquaculture facilities in the United States. Research is conducted in modern laboratories adjacent to an within walking distance of the UAPB campus.
